Agents Support Systems will keep all designs and development website work on it’s own demo server, until the client has approved and made full payments.
A deposit of 50% of the estimated price is required before commencing any work. Any corrections or modifications will incur extra charges at an hourly rate.
Hosting packages are for a minimum of 12 months ongoing. Email boxes, External links are only available for hosting clients. Each website is tailored to suit your company identity and colour scheme (Base templates are not used). A list of live example websites are available for you to choose a look and feel. Updates are limited to once monthly (only when you take out a website design and hosting package with us). Search engine listing not included. Daily off-site backups are included for your security. Access to external booking engines is subject to supplier approval. All information collected by us relating to the production are kept in strict confidence. |
